OTR for Training and Consultancy a limited liability company established in 2022 as specializing in administrative, legal, economic, and financial consulting. It was founded based on the cumulative expertise of its founding team, gained over two decades. During this period, the founding team has contributed to the planning, execution, and monitoring of several diverse projects, varying in size and nature. Where The founding team has made a significant impact on the development of the Libyan administrative system by participating in the preparation of regulations, organizational structures, as well as policies and procedural manuals.
