Model Municipality Project

This project was implemented in partnership with the German GIZ and our international partner, CREATE International. The project aimed to support the Central Tripoli Municipality in providing digital services to its citizens through a Citizen Service Center. OTR supported the

municipality by fully furnishing and equipping the Citizen Service Center, as well as developing a website and an ERP system. Additionally, OTR helped form a specialized team to work at the center, preparing job descriptions and providing the following training to around 216 employees

  • Practice of the Citizen Service System.
  • Geographic Information Systems (GIS) skills.
  • Employee training on workplace conduct.
  • Letter writing and report preparation skills.
  • Communication and customer service skills.
